Overview

This one-day personal development course was curated to help salon industry professionals dive deep into their strengths. In this course, we’ll equip you with the tools needed to effectively learn, love and live your strengths. Together, we’ll identify and capitalize on your strengths. You’ll walk away with a better sense of how you can effectively use your strengths with purpose and intention.

Students will:

• Deep dive into understanding your individual strengths by learning about strengths-based development.
• Identify their own unique skill set – and understand how those skills relate to the way they inherently think, feel and behave.
• Learn how to effectively leverage your strengths.
• Embrace your strengths and leverage them intentionally and authentically.
