Estimated delivery windows are included below. Please note that they are subject to change, especially during high-volume time frames, and expedited orders do not deliver on weekends. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please track your shipment using the tracking number that is included in your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Cost & Time Frames

1. In order to process and ship your order with 2^nd Day or Overnight shipping on the same business day, submit your order by the time noted above.

Holidays

Orders are processed & shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If your order is placed after the shipping cut-off time, it’ll be processed the following business day. Our distribution centers are closed on the following U.S. holidays and orders won’t be processed on these days:

• Juneteenth
• 4^th of July

Shipping Information

• A signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight and 2nd Day shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during “Checkout”.


• If your order only contains Bumble and bumble Gift Cards, you will not be charged for Standard Shipping. **Expedited shipping charges for orders containing only Bumble and bumble Gift Cards are $10.00 for 2nd Day Shipping or $15.00 for Overnight Shipping. Sending a Bumble and bumble Online eGift card via email is free of charge.


• PLEASE NOTE: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Shipping Address Disclaimer

• At this time, Bumble and bumble is unable to ship to more than one address within a single order. Please place a separate order for each designated shipping address and make sure to verify that the address details are accurate to avoid any errors or delays in shipping.

Electronic Delivery

• Bumble and bumble Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.

Rules & Restrictions

• Some items sold by Bumble and bumble Online require special handling as specified by federal, state, and/or local regulations governing the transport of these items. In addition, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.

Forwarding

• Bumble and bumble Online is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Bumble and bumble Online is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.

Alaska, Hawaii, Other US Territories

• Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. Bumble and bumble currently ships to the following U.S. Territories:
  • America Samoa
  • Guam
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands


• Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. Orders shipped to U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Overnight and 2nd Day Priority shipping methods are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories.


• ^*We regret we are unable to ship to Palau.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

• Most items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. Bumble and bumble currently ships to the following APO/FPO/DPO locations:
  • Ex: AA – Armed Forces America
  • Ex: AE – Armed Forces Europe
  • Ex: AP – Armed Forces Pacific


• Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days with Standard Shipping.
  APO/FPO/DPO addresses are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot be shipped by Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping methods.

International Locations

• We’re sorry. We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
