We are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S.
*All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Bumble and bumble Online orders.
When you click on Order Status (link to Order Status page), you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.
Please note: Some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

Note: Bumble and bumble Online monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). Bumble and bumble Online reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
If your order was placed less than 60 minutes ago and you would like to cancel, please log into your account and select the order you would like to cancel or you can cancel via the link in your order confirmation email. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you would like to change any part of your order, the most efficient way to resolve this would be to cancel your order and then place a new order with your preferred payment method/products/shipping address.
WHY DID MY ORDER CANCEL?
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Maximum Purchase Policy
We must limit orders to no more than eight (8) of any item and 14 total items per customer. In addition, we must also limit orders to no more than three (3) orders per customer per day. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-866-513-0498, or Contact Us and we will be happy to assist.
Autoreplenishment Service
When you order the Replenishment Service, you'll automatically receive a new shipment of the item in intervals you select. We'll charge your credit card for each order only when the item is shipped, and you may cancel at any time.
To start the Replenishment Service for a product, choose a quantity and delivery schedule during the checkout process. You'll be asked to provide a shipping address, credit card and billing address. Once the order is placed, your first shipment will be processed and your Replenishment Service will be activated.

Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase*, including shipping and handling charges (as required) and gift-wrap charges.
